We recognise that in the life span of your business certain hiring decisions will be critical to your continued success. It is therefore of paramount importance that you are able to secure the right individual at the right time. When we undertake a Retained Search & Selection assignment we commit to delivering a comprehensive service against agreed time frames and costs.
As part of our search assignment we will produce:

  • A detailed Job and Person Specification
  • A target list of companies
  • A shortlist of candidates including full interview notes
  • A detailed report on salary benchmarks and company perception
  • A final summary of the selection process

At CCG Associates we don’t work to the standard principles when it comes to the charging of retained search fees. Whilst we recognise the initial outlay for us in terms of effort and cost, we firmly believe that we should derive our success from your success. With this principle value in mind we offer the following structure:

  • 20% of the fee upon receiving your authorisation to proceed
  • 20% of the fee upon submission of an agreed candidate shortlist
  • 60% of the fee upon successful commencement of the candidate
